actually d op just said foundation, but if you are planning for German floor d cost will change coz u have to add steel rod incase u r building a high rise building, with pvc pipe, binding wire, and witth d rate of dollar, steel rod is now cost, I bought 1 ton of 12mm 280 last month, wen I see a high rise plan, I will calculate it, thank you

@ Jamesbiodun, it is foundation with german floor for 4 bedroom bungalow, not a high rise building, please see plan pictures for clarity.

Thanks Jamesbiodun, but in some new housing designs, the sitting room is always separate from the dinning, also the lack of adjoining door from the kitchen to dinning is also intention, just for privacy purpose. But your costing did not include cost of German floor, please I will appreciate if you will include. More blessings.

I have calculated the cost for foundation,
Digging foundation: 40000
1120 block for foundation : 134400
cement: 48000
bricklayers and labour : 40000
Total : 262,400...

but d price can go down in ur area, here in idiroko cement is 2400 and u r going to use 20 bags of cement, block is 120 and u r going to use 1120 blocks, that's d estimate, it can't pass d price I give u, am a site engineer and supervisor
