Euroadams: with either amos or multi tv as primary,put another lnb below and to the left side of the lnb arm to get 7e. Centre to centre distance should be about 28cm with multi tv as primary. However that distance will become very small about 10cm if u use amos as primary.. Try it and give us feedback
