in recent years they'll tell you in the exam card in bold to bring "jamb result slip" but this year it's stated in bold letters to bring original jamb result . I nor really know why, I just rush to print original this afternoon

it's not because of cutoff mark that will make nda change your course, you reaching the stated cutoff mark will only enable you sit for the entrance exam then if you pass they might change your course during the interview

If you put engineering for your course but you didn't reach the cut off for engineering in jamb, is there a change of course in the NDA for such person?
