Your distinctions are in what courses? I doubt Japan takes undergraduates. But they take post graduates.

It's called an interview but it's an exam. You might have an interview after nomination.

Just visit this site. fsb.gov.ng. Go to the application center and click on bea scholarship. Create your account. Confirm it. Login and fill the form. Then you wait for the date for the interview.

Well, you need to have knowlegde of the language. Cause I dont think you will go through foundation class. And for Russians, the paper you will present will have to be written in russian. And I think for China, you will write another exam and the questions will be in chinese. Just to name a few.

Its available for Post Graduate studies. But you will need to have knowledge of their language. Thats the language of the country you wanna apply to.

You are meant to have distinction in both mathematics and English.

I wont be talking about tabs cause I dont like them. I would be talking about Ipads. There is no way you wanna use an Ipad to make phone calls. Thats not done.
