i actual wrote jamb i got 235, i had a very good O'level result and yet was not shortlisted for UI.
pls anybody help me out because i dont want to spend another year at home without achieving anything.

hello for u to be able to calculate the avearage u need to sum up ur both score from ur ume and ur five most relivant subjects to gether.
A1: 12
B2: 10
B3: 8
C4: 6
C5: 4
C6: 2
While for the ume score u need to divide it by 10 e.g 227/10 to give u 22.7
then add 22.7 with ur scce score u will get ur average

[b][/b] i did not see my name on the shortlisted names for petroleum enginnering . after calculating my ume and my ssce they both sum up to 55.5. pls any body have any advise to render to my that will help me this year, presently i am actually thinking of change of course

[b][b]hello prospective candidates what this (For (b) above, Candidates should note that online statements of results obtained before Nov/Dec 2007 are not acceptable for this exercise.) means is that all those that have their WAEC/SSCE/GCE or any other equivalent before Nov/Dec 2007 i.e. Nov/Dec 2007, SSCE 2007, and counting back must have their original copy of there result already prepared by WAEC while all those from 2008 and above is still on process.
