hello plz I need help. am Jackson 24years old. I want to go to Malaysia to study and base but I have one problem I don't have weac result. so my friend told me to use anoda person weac neco and do passport wit his name so I want to no how possible it can b and also can it b possible to use neco to apply for it. plz reply
