Please is it possible to use SERVIS fee pay for a particular course for another course in the same school...

Let me explain you already pay for a SERVIS fee and book visa interview successfully but the school message you ND there is a need for you to choose between changing course or deferred the admission, so you decided to change course... So the question is can someone change the details of the SERVIS fee registration and use it after another i-20 has been issued by the school but the SERVIS no didn't change.. Thanks
