Any medical school that has full accreditation is good ,dont insist on schools with keen competition afterall when u graduate as a medical doctor, it will not matter which school u graduate from but how good u are in your choosing field.
I totally agree with this, look up schools with full accreditation. As a doctor who works inspiring, educating and mentoring Emergent Medic ( students aspiring to pursue healthcare career) towards achieving successful healthcare careers. I often advise those heading too Nigerians Universities to go to Federal and State Medical Schools. My organisation is still looking into private medical schools.

Follow Emergent Medic on its facebook fan page and ask questions

Usually really tough as you would imagine, they are overwhelmed with 1st choice applicants. Maybe if you had highest score in JAMB!

As a medical doctor who currently works in an organisation that inspires, educates and mentors emergent healthcare professionals (aspiring doctors, nurses, etc.) towards achieving successful careers (this include help them secure medical school admissions worldwide), I have come across a number of students who have had reasons to go there, most have had great reviews .

Please verify the re accreditation details. The GMC (the regulatory body for doctors in the UK) currents does not recognise their qualification (for those who graduate on or after April 1 2010

why the choice of igbinedion?
EducationRe: How To Pass Your Exams-by Tayo Demola by jade5268: 2:53pm On Jan 17, 2012
Like someone posted earlier, preparing for an exam is a meticulous process. Most times students do not commit a lot of time to studying and expect to get fantastic, in my line of work i come across a lot of aspiring healthcare professionals who like the idea of becoming a top shot healthcare professional but are willing to give all it takes.

Study groups are very useful, so create a study group with like minded individuals. Professional Mentoring is also a very useful tool, we lack a lot of this in our society.

JADE-so sad 4 your sista's ordeal, cos she shld hv gottn it if nt 4 lil mistakes! Nywaz, frm wt u wrote,d last transaction U GUYS made was on July 5,& d acct was given INTREST on 30th? D intrest DOESNT COUNT as a TRANSACTION,hence d acct had ovastayd witout any serious activity!

TRUTH is evn if d money was ready ova a yr ago, beta 4 her,but den she shld run d acct bt not below d expectd amt. Her best bet is 2 reaply asap(wen is her skool resumin?),bt b4 she does so she shld withdraw like 5K NAIRA(or sumtin insignificant!) frm d acct, print d statemnt d nxt day,& submit d day afta - dat way ders a final transaction in d absence o'closin balance,& she wldnt b refusd den!
thanks

I'm sorry to hear abt the refusal, pls let her re-apply, tell her to put that money in her account for the 28days. she can still make it with 2wks extention from her school. Aks has a point as well in his reply.

Using company's bank account is not  a good idea, she should make her application as simply as possible.
thanks
but the money is in my dad putting it in hers for another 28 days would be long her school resumes soon. i think i would get them to just do one or two transactions tomorrow and then print from the the 5th of july till date.she did not use the company account my dad just attached it to his letter of consent and when we tried to tell him he just wouldn't listen.

what are your thoughts on the admin review. wouldn't that been faster?

Was the money always that amount within those months, look through his statement.
Was the account in your dad's name or his company's name. You really shouldn't use company details unless they are your sponsors.
yes the money was that amount never went below the 15,000USD even though they were a couple of transactions.the account was my dad's but like i said with he letter of consent he put in coy registration and attached his coy account

Sry about your sister's case.

Was there a closing balance date on your dad's statement?

If yes, did it show that the required funds were held for a minimum of 28 days?

If no, when was the last transaction on the account made? Was it after 28 days ( with the balance not going below the required funds )?

For statements that do not indicate the date of the closing balance, The BHC says that the date the statement was printed out cannot be taken as the closing balance date. Instead, they use the date of the last transaction on the account.

Not so sure, but i think the administrative review takes 28 days to be treated by the bhc.
the was no closing balance date on the bank statement.the last transaction date was 30th july which was interest capitalised  prior to that the last
transaction was on the 5th of july.do you think the interest thing on the 30th does not count as a transaction?the for her was paid in on the 15th june  and the balance never went below 15,000USD

@ femtopsy

pls i need your advice urgently because i know you had similar issues. my sister was just denied, she just received it today and the reason given was that the maintenance fee was not held for the 28 day period. this was not the case her tuition has been fully paid and 15,000 USD was held in my dad's account from June 15th till august 1st, she submitted on the 13th of august.

i was just want to know would administrative review be better or she should put in her application considering when her school resumes?do you have an idea how long administrative review takes

pls respond

NB with the letter of consent my dad attached his company documents and company bank statements i told him all this was not necessary but he failed to listen.we agreed she would detach this but she didn't. COULD THIS HAVE AFFECTED HER

TravelRe: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered by jade5268: 7:13pm On Aug 12, 2010
@ justwise
are you saying this documents are fine?. we share the same family name by virtue of me marrying her son

but what do i cross on that part of the application form. the only space for birth certificate is for the student, i cant cross this as the birth certificate is my husband's.there is no mention of marriage certificate.

i have decided to leave that portion blank and explain a bit more in the part of the form provided for additional information.

do you think this is a good idea?

thank you
