Good day everyone, pls I'm new here and I kindly need ur opinion on this issue pls. I did my biometrics on the 15th of March 2017, I also got a mail confirmatory mail that my application has reached Sheffield for decisions. After 60days I also got a mail saying that decision has not been made. I am a bit confused and don't know wat to believe.
Secondly wen I use the UkVI tracking what I see is that my ref No is not recognized and when I use the tracking from TLS it shows that decision has not been made. Thanks

Also wen I use the UKVI tracker to check the status of my visa it says ref No not recognized and wen I use the
