Evolution or adaptation or evolutionary adapted may bring about changes but it does not change the form of the organism towards another species entirely or make them produce another offspring of another species. Whether a man has blue eyes, long nose or dwarf or tall or larger forehead. He still is human, he did not start to evolve parts like a tail or horns. He still remains unique as human.
Though there is no such record of giraffe with shorter necks as Lamarck said, a giraffe is still a giraffe even with a short neck, we won't see it develop into another animals. It will continue to be a giraffe for the next 1 million years

Again, a bacteria can be heat resistant, water resistant, cold resistant but a bacteria remains a bacteria and will produce a bacteria. Or is there another 1 million cases to prove that bacteria evolve to another different kind of organisms or reproduce something else?

I have never seen a biologist that doesn’t know that evolution simple is recombination, mutation and variations
