The largest reserves of crude oil in the world are located in Venezuela, not in Saudi Arabia or Middle East as most people might think. Venezuela has WORSE problems than even Nigeria. They used earn some of the biggest revenues in the world from crude oil until President Hugo Chavez came in and imposed fuel subsidies, driving down the cost of petrol to maybe less than ₦100 per liter. Today they have endless scarcity, all their refineries have become dormant, the entire economy is destroyed. The challenge to you is to research Venezuela and learn something about economics.
