In fact it has been proven that a good number of people who achieve professional success in Nigeria started out serving in good places. NYSC Lagos no doubt is one of the most popular choices of intending corps members. Brief Review of Life in Lagos
Lagos is the former capital of Nigeria. It is widely regarded as the commercial capital of the country. Almost every intending youth corps member scrambles to be posted to Lagos mainly because of the perceived available opportunities. First of all, let me start by assuring you that you have just made the best choice of your life, accepting to serve in Kano State. Kano is arguably the most populous state in Nigeria. It is the commercial capital of Northern Nigeria. Politically, it is the biggest state with 44 Local Government Areas. In terms of the volume of business, the state is only second to Lagos. In fact, it is safe to call it the Lagos of the North.
