Since owner is not on Nigeria...who will now collect the fund for him? I have my reason for saying this ...nobody wanna buy a car that will eventually bring issue to him . My advice to anyone buying is to findout whose name is on the proof of ownership...verify and Ci firm it with the autoreg depart ...pay directly to the person...so that when trouble comes he will not deny he got his fund...I don't give this type of advice for free bit because you said owner not in Nigeria
