My coding journey began in 2018 during my SIWES programme while studying Computer Science.
What started as curiosity quickly became a passion.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of building software solutions across different industries for both government agencies and private organizations. Every project taught me something new, but deep down, I wanted to build something I could truly call my own; something that solves a real problem affecting millions of Nigerians.

That opportunity came during the final two months of my National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

I decided to focus my time on researching Nigeria's downstream petroleum sector and understanding the daily challenges faced by motorists, businesses, fuel suppliers, and filling station operators.

This wasn't just another random idea.
Before pursuing higher education, I worked as a fuel station attendant for nearly three years after my SSCE while saving money to continue my education. That experience gave me first-hand knowledge of how filling stations operate and the challenges both operators and customers face every day.

After years of learning, building software, training others, and gaining industry experience, I decided to combine my technical skills with my understanding of the fuel industry.

That decision gave birth to Fuely.
