Sorry for getting this in your face again. MOLOWO.com is back on sale. For ₦150k. It wasn't an easy decision to lower the earlier price but then considering certain factors, this is the least I can take.
You know the drill, send a mail to symbuul@gmail.com
This might be my last post before January as I need to be focused on a little project I am on currently. Y'all should hold the forte while I'm away. Until then 🫡
iykepromotions: At times, not company you expect to buy your domain may finally buy it. I got this domain because the dotnet is fully developed. Though I saw other end users too.
But dotnet owner was reached out to. No response. Later it was another company that purchased it from me. Sold on Nov 18.
Tip: not that advisable to register a domain because of just one company. Target at least from 5 potential end users.
sales report Hold time: 8 months Sale type: outbound HandReg: 4.99 dreamhost Sales via Godaddy checkout link 5%
This month I received many "how much" inquiry which they later ghost.
This particular name was listed for 1,250 at atom but when I received an email of asking price I quoted 500 assumed he will ghost like others but asked me for how to pay, that he preferred Godaddy, that's how I became sad suddenly because similar name sold for over $3k. (Certified Roofing Specialists .com)
In summary I undersold it and this is the only name I've regretted underselling and felt it.
Cashylyx: Simon Peter 😌 Along with his brother Andrew, Simon was the first apostle to be called by Jesus. The two were fishing in their boats on the Sea of Galilee when Jesus asked them to abandon their nets and follow him, and he would make them “fishers of people” (Matt. 4:18–20; Luke 5:1–11).
Later given the surname (or title) Peter, which means “rock,” he was appointed by Jesus as the leader of the Twelve (Matt. 10:2). He walked (falteringly) on water at Jesus’ behest (Matt. 14:28-31), and was the first to confess Jesus as the Messiah (Matt. 16:13–20). Later, fearing for his own life, Peter denied Christ three times at the crucifixion, but was afterwards forgiven (Luke 22:54–62; John 21:15–19).
After the Ascension, Peter became the leader of the early church, preached at Pentecost (Acts 2:14–41), performed miraculous healing (Acts 3:1–10), and even opened the gospel to Gentiles (Acts 10). He is credited as the author of 1 Peter and 2 Peter in the Bible, though there has been speculation since the early church that parts of 2 Peter, at least, may have been written by someone else.
According to tradition, Peter was crucified upside-down in Rome (because he did not consider himself worthy of being crucified in the same method as his Savior), but the Bible doesn’t mention it so there’s no way to know for certain. Even today the Roman Catholic Church traces its lineage directly back to him.
It was said that the place where Peter was killed. A church was built there till date still existing.
What baffles me most is the way many of the disciples died a gruesome death. Even at that, the spread of the gospel couldn't be stopped.
Brandconsultany: "no thanks it sounds like a little child's website I'm not interested" I outbounded BigDogMovers.com and a buyer gave the above quoted response so I responded with the attached image. What do you advice I do next?
Obagoblog: That's a bold step bro. I remembered how Dan will keep sending a reminder email to buyers that made an offer. There's this sense of relief anytime I get an offer through Dan. These days to sell a geo domain on Afternic, the buyer have to be 101% ready and desperate.
If you won't remove "make offers" from your lander, the only way out is to be checking your lead section on your dashboard at afternic regularly.
Agreed on $200 with the buyer he refused to pay at afternic since then. then I changed the nameserver to atom this evening , werey go make payments from afternic
Afternic don comot $60 already evil people!
Anyway we move..
Congratulations, you for increase the price as you change nameserver.
Learner47: I no doubt you very evident from my stalled leads and the way this broker handled it. Anyone that can make $1K offer definitely can max out at 2 or 2.5K. A whole broker that I was thinking na bosses na initial offer end am.
If not for my first experience. I go counter come tell broker what to do..cause there was an option in the menu to counter. But wetin come be the work of broker sef.
I didn't even know there was a not so obvious menu called 'Leads'.
U1: As in ehn. Been on that platform since 2020 (I think). No single sale - not even the standard ones I did outbound for. Na just stats, likes, shortlists, Top 10%, hot, and what not.
I planned to stop using them since 2023, but I kept postponing because of new features. Seems this is the year I'd probably stop using them and just focus on Afternic.
With there yeye stats and preferential treatments on investors with large portfolios
dayo2hot: Thank you, bro.. Keep grinding and no relent please, Consistency is the key, I had no sale for more than 1 year but I didn't stop but it's normal to go on break for weeks or months which I did and come back.
dayo2hot: Honestly not funny bro., The buyer was so sure the payments were successful since more than 12 hours ago, I had to send the PayPal screenshot to Daaz customer care now they have just confirmed the payments. I will reveal the name after I get paid. Thank you
Congratulations... I tap into this, I'm the next in line
dayo2hot: We have been negotiating and after he paid he sent mail and after some time he sent a screenshot of his payment... I think maybe the payments did not go through.
moneymind: Anybody have an idea how long Atom to grey usd takes to arrive? I have been using grey GBP and it was instant, decided to try USD hoping it was the same, nothing since yesterday.
LeoroxFx: Hello guys! I just bought my first domain please what is the recommended marketplaces to list my domain?
I actually know marketplaces like Afternic and Undeveloped. But recently I learnt that the commissions or tax charged by Afternic is too high. So, I want you just help me with your recommendations please.
And again what marketplace should I use for sales landing page?
Thanks
I hope you know what you are doing and you read through this thread or went for training?
This is to reduce risk of wasting funds. However, here are Marketplaces you can use and their commissions 1. Daaz %10 2. Spaceship %5 3. Atom %7.5 regular. %15 plus %35 premium 4. Dynadot 5% or more (I'm not sure) 5. Sedo 20%
Choose anyone as your landing page by using your choiced nameserver.
