Talking like this is a sign of a weak man, this issues didn't start now ,at least they have about 10years ago to solve this

Please pardon my writing skills
On Friday I was driving heading towards isolo bridge from mushin, I was stopped by vio I showed them all my documents it's complete, nothing missing,. I was kind with them,they said let's go to there office because of my headlamp was cracked I said this not an issue we went to there office , after awhile they asked me to give them 10k so I go I said I don't have that money , the said they will give me ticket after much pleading I was giving ticket of 30k it was on Friday 11 July 2025, I tried my best to pay that money and I was told is past five that friday i cant collect my car,
They impound my car because of
1) my car door handle is out
2) my headlamp is cracked
3) no reflective tape
My question is this ,is it ok to hold my car since Friday and asked me to come on Monday to get it ..
