Doowegas and THLD GROUP are ready to boost Autogas vehicles conversion, sales and training centres across the country, as both companies have signed a collaboration agreement to promote LPG in transport in Nigeria. Doowegas currently owns over 15 retail Autogas stations in Lagos, while THLD AUTOGAS SYSTEMS BY STAG is one of the leading distributors of LPG fuel technologies.

This partnership is another example of both company’s commitment to the environment, to develop a more sustainable service and to encourage the use of alternative fuels that protect the air quality in cities around the world. Through this agreement, the two groups will be also able to collaborate in the Nigerian market to develop incentives for the introduction and expansion of Autogas vehicles, through their respective refuelling station and dealer networks.

“THLD Group has come to Nigeria at the right time. The present economic recession has necessitated Nigerians to look for alternative but cheaper means of generating power via generator sets and fuelling of their vehicles. There is no better time than now for Nigerians vis-à-vis the governments and corporate bodies to embrace this innovation,” said Olajuwan Olusegun, CEO and managing director of THLD Group.

Meanwhile, Doowegas is also committed to contributing and progressing towards more sustainable energy models. Besides obtaining cost savings, by improving energy efficiency and promoting renewable energies, the company seeks to minimise the environmental impact, especially reducing emissions of greenhouse gases (GHGs). Doowegas and THLD GROUP have signed a collaboration agreement to promote the conversion, usage and sales of Autogas (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) vehicles in Nigeria. The Agreement was signed by James Atiti; Doowegas Chief Executive Officer and Olajuwan Olusegun; Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of THLD GROUP

Doowegas is currently the largest online retailer for cooking gas in Nigeria with over 15 retail Autogas (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) stations in Lagos alone, and THLD AUTOGAS SYSTEMS BY STAG is on one of the leading technologies in the world in the commercialization of Autogas (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) vehicles and has extensive experience and training particularly in europe where more than 1.7 million vehicles currently run on Autogas (Liquefied Petroleum Gas).
Interest in Autogas (Liquefied Petroleum Gas); the world’s most widely-used alternative fuel, with more than 21 million vehicles is growing in Nigeria due to recognition of its environmental and economic advantages – it is 40% cheaper than conventional fuels and offers savings on CO2 and air pollution.

His Imperial Majesty, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Babatunde Adeyeye Ogunwusi (ojaja 2) commended and endorses the initiative and encourage willing Nigerians wanting to learn the conversion process as an opportunity to learn.
This agreement is another example of both company’s commitment to the environment, to develop a more sustainable service and to encourage the use of alternative fuels that protect the air quality in cities around the world. The agreement will also mean that the two corporate groups will be able to collaborate in the Nigerian market to develop and provide incentives for the introduction and expansion of the vehicles to LP Gas (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), through their respective service station and dealer networks.

Olajuwan said, “THLD Group has come to Nigeria at the right time. AdvertsAutogas (LPG Powered Cars ) Now In Nigeria by jamesatiti(op): 11:48pm On Mar 04, 2018
DOOWEGAS in partnership with THDL ready to commence auto gas powered vehicles conversion, sales and training centres across the country .According to the World Liquefied Petroleum Gas Association (WLPGA), more than 9 million vehicles in 38 countries currently operate on LP gas. It's not a new idea: Gas-powered vehicles have been around for decades. The benefits include reduced emissions, quoted by WLPGA as "50% less carbon monoxide, 40% less hydrocarbons, 35% less nitrogen oxides (NOx) and 50% less ozone forming potential compared to gasoline" . With government incentives and tax breaks figured in, LP gas used in cars (known as autogas) can be much cheaper than gasoline. Even without the incentives, it is usually much cheaper. Autogas is a high-octane fuel, offering performance comparable to gasoline and diesel, and many owners claim that autogas runs more smoothly, resulting in less wear and tear on engine components.

The easiest way to start using GAS for transportation is to buy a vehicle that was designed and built to use autogas. A wide range of manufacturers, including major American car companies like Ford, General Motors and Daimler-Chrysler, offer propane-powered options on some models. Typically, you won't find these cars on the showroom floor -- they have to be special ordered. In some cases, there is no production model powered by LP gas, but an LPG system can be factory installed as an option. Examples of cars that are offered as LP gas models include the Ford Crown Victoria, Dodge Ram, Ford F-150 truck, Chevrolet Cavalier and Toyota Camry.

Rarely (though more often in Europe), cars are built solely with an LP-gas fuel system. The engine is tuned and adjusted specifically to run at maximum efficiency on propane, which results in reduced engine wear and better mileage in the long run. However, many consumers are worried that a propane filling station could be hard to find. For that reason, most LP gas cars have dual fuel systems -- one for gasoline and one for propane. The systems are set to switch automatically between the two fuels as appropriate. This allows owners to use clean, cheap propane when it's available, but they still have the option of a quick fill-up at the local gas station if they need it.
How hard is it to find a propane filling station? Actually, it's not very difficult at all. Unlike some other alternative fuels (such as hydrogen), a large and stable infrastructure already exists for vehicles running on propane. You can use or visit www.doowe.ng to find the nearest LP-gas refuelling stations.

Hi , I used to worry about this when I was little. I later realised that's there are a lot of factors responsible for this . I made some research and realised it's the skin . Your skins opens up and close immediately. The point of opening and closing is when the itching occurs .

1.. Use Clean towels most especially, I have up to four towels . I Use 3 -4 times

2. Use anticeptic soap .

3. Wear your cloths immediately after clean up .

4 always stay where there is an AC or fan . Especially after u have your bath .

5. Wear clean cloths

I still experinece this thought but not as frequently as when I was little
