Who here has used the drop off service option using OIS to drop off any document for VISA processing.
What was the process like and do they need any special information I need?

Response: I am going to North Carolina A&T State university to pursue a Master's in Food and Nutritional Sciences

VO: Why a Master's Degree?
Response: A master's in Food and Nutritional Sciences would help me achieve my goal of being a college professor of Food and Nutritional Sciences, concentrating on Food and Human Nutrition, my undergraduate project work focused on Nutrition and I plan to continue in the same line.

VO: What's your background?
Response: Food Science and Technology from Obafemi Awolowo University
VO: How many schools did you apply to?Response: I applied to three universities in the U.S.: Alabama State University, North Carolina A&T State University, and the University of Minnesota. I was admitted to North Carolina A&T State University and Alabama State University but I chose North Carolina A&T State University to pursue my Graduate studies.

VO: How did you receive this funding?
Response: I received this funding because of my strong academic records and my impressive graduate application. I also had a series of interviews with the departmental board and the graduate committee before receiving the funding

Trust you're having a great day.

I recently went for my US Visa Interview on the 17th January with an I-20 that had my program start date in the 13th January.
The interview went smooth, the VO did not have any issues with my responses to questions asked.
At the end of the interview I was given the white slip but it was recalled because of the start date of my program, she asked I send the embassy an updated I-20 via email which has a new start date, she gave me a form with the email address and some other information. She also mentioned that I do not need to book another Visa appointment interview, stating I just need to send the updated I-20 and instructions would be given on how to proceed with the Visa.

I have requestd for a deferal to Fall semester so the new I-20 can have an updated start date, I am still working on getting the new I-20 from the school and it's almost two weeks since my Interview.

Is there a deadline to send in the new I-20 form to the embassy?
If you have any similar experience or advice please share.
