• To oversee product formulation for all paints products categories for the company
• ensure that the ''IPC" brand hasunique product qualities that will become part of it's easy market penetration strategy.
• to develope, implement and maintain a distrbutorship and retailer-ship model.
• manage and oversee all production activities
• initiate strategies and ideas that would increase sales and spread all IPC products across Nigeria and beyond.
• Develop well thought out strategies to increase sales in IPC
• Identify new business opportunities
carry out benchmark analysis.
• seek and implement techincal strategic partnership that would improve the IPC brand and enhance sales.
• carry out feedback analysis with a view to improve products and services
• To generate leads and also lead in the primary business development drive-for-profit of IPC products for existing and prospective clients
• lead business presentations
• develop strategic business plans that will result in a high ROI in IPC
