Imported refined oil products consume 40% of our foreign exchange .

So if Nigeria gives 10% of our forex to a man who has the potential of putting a stop to a loss of 40% forex. I have no qualms with that.

They are all road infrastructure development except you have other definition.
Besides I don't expect you to understand the significance of that flyovers. I believe that the people plying that road and the people residing at those areas will best understand. The traffic gridlock and the incessant accidents often recorded on that road has been significantly reduced to either rare or none.
