I also heard they've started awarding new applicants, in fact, since December. What I'm not sure of is if its for existing beneficiaries who are applying to renew or for those who haven't won it before.

They said i didnt meet the cut-off mark.Buh i wonder what the cut-off mark could be.becos they exam was meant to last for 90 mins but i finished and cross-checked within 50 mins.I am an engineering student FUTO 300L.I am sure any smart secondary school student can make 100% in the exam.AnywaysTHANK GOD for my confidence!

The cut-off must have been xtraordinarily high: like 90-something %.
