Romance › "My Man Have A Problem With Me Earning More Than Him" No, You're The Problem! by Jamine01(op): 6:29am On Aug 09

Marriage and relationship is fast becoming a thing of culture; A culture shift since women started earning and decided to make money an identity rather than a tool in their marriages.

Most men don't have a problem with their wives earning more money than they do or contributing majorly; most married women especially the financial bouyant ones keep saying their men have a problem even at the slightest provocation when they started earning significantly. That's not true, here's what happens...

The provocation they talk about from the men is just a feedback; yeah, a feedback from their own change of character. A man might be solely paddling the family for years while according the necessarily respect to his wife when life becomes tougher and light begin coming into the family through the woman, everything changes!

That once respectful woman, suddenly turns into something else; something you've never seen since you both became a partner.

Most women will say, it's a man's responsibility to carry the family and I don't dispute that claim, but what will happen if it gets to a point where a man becomes PHYSICALLY incapacitated to fend for the family? You start disrespecting the man that have been the sailor for years, or probably leave the marriage?

"For better for worse" but you decided to forget that!
partnership is bonding, it's a two side thing, it's not a sole proprietorship it's called a partnership for crying out loud!

Lol, obviously you're the one attaching religion to this
Most takes when viewed or trying to justify religiously sounds absurd hope you know
TheStoriesOfMan:
Let me ask you a question, religion involved.

I believe you are a Christian, judging from your comment.

Let's tilt this topic religiously: if you glorify yourself as a monogamous man, would you say the same to a friend or a brother who is a Muslim? How you you express your opinion without offending him or feeling odd?

I'm curious.

Inbuilt gene?
Biologically proven? Nah
Admiration is natural then what happens after admiration is totally a choice and you are 100 percent responsible for it
Gabanna001:
Its an inbuilt gene, have never seen any man that will not admire other women, even if u marry the most beautiful or most endowed woman in the world

The statement "men are polygamous by nature" is often used in discussions about relationships. While there are biological and evolutionary arguments about human mating behavior, some men misuse this belief as an excuse for cheating.

Infidelity is ultimately a choice, not an unavoidable instinct. Many faithful men experience attraction to other people but still choose to honor their commitments. Being attracted to someone outside a relationship is natural; acting on that attraction without a partner's consent is a decision.

Some men use the "polygamous by nature" argument to avoid accountability. When caught cheating, they may claim that their behavior is simply part of being male rather than acknowledging the hurt caused by breaking trust. This shifts responsibility away from their actions and onto biology.

In the end, "men are polygamous by nature" may explain certain desires, but it does not excuse dishonesty. Character is measured not by what we desire, but by how we choose to act on those desires.
