But there is a general notion which I consider wrong that it is unusual for an African to be depressed, this is so untrue as I am facing acute depression at the moment, and I am an African even with a black skin.

. SSC, I doubt if NA can allocate such number to DSSC, though anything is possible. They can even take all candidate if they wish because we have the resources.Which one are you,SSC or DSSC?

They can't take the same number for dssc, SSC 30 were invited per state while dssc were 20 per state. So maybe 5 per state for dssc and 8 per state for SSC.
