’ me for payment, I sent him the 6k, thinking his payment has gone through , besides I felt the money is too low to lose breath on, later, the recipient refunded the payment because it’s not fnf and he sent below 10$( charges included with the 10$)I sent this guy screenshot demanding why he failed to follow instructions .
