I want to post this, but one spirit is saying, "Don't! Just stay ghost mode and don't update anyone on anything." Then another spirit is saying, "post it and delete later."

It's been a while. Some new thiings in Boxnalysis I discovered made me speechless. I keep finding new things that rhyme in all cycles. E get where e reach, I burst cry. I'm not a billionaire in Dollar yet, but with the data and info I have about BTC, thanks to Boxnalysis, it's impossible not to be.

I have never worked in my life cuz I hate to be told or controlled. I too get pride sha.

I got a call from someone, a lady, her dad worked with Total oil company and I was asked to send my CV, but I laughed and refused. They called my mom and she called and begged me, yet I refused. She ended the call with "The Devil is at work."

She knows I have been indoors for years and wants me to regularly go out.

She sent a copy of my CV to them and I was called to resume work the next day.

Make e no be I dey possessed and refused to work since I graduated and came back to Naija. It seems rumours are going round about me that I don't work, but see money to buy things. Maybe, she wants that rumour to stop.

I took the job and requested I want something that'll engage me physically, not office work. I have been in my room for years developing Boxnalysis, so I needed what will HOLD me outdoor for at least 15 hours and this is a perfect opportunity.

The moment coverall and helmet is on, we're not allowed to use our phone from 9 AM to 12 PM. When we come back from break, the rule continues. Sadly, my job is least intensive. All my colleagues are secretly jealous. I just loiter around from 9AM to 12PM supervising them, then back again from 2 to 5PM. Once in a while, I put in one or two physical effort to help.

For the pay, it's big, but I'll hand it to my mom. Crypto money is bigger than oil money except you're Dangote. I'm not working because of the pay, but to allow me mingle with big men and enjoy sunlight and gist.

This job is the reason I'm hardly with my phone and it had helped me improve my patience with BTC. We closed at 5 PM. I live inside the company house. One of the oyibo guys wants to take some of us to club, but I'm no longer into that.

Yesterday, I checked Boxnalysis and it told me to long at 61.9k and I did. I don't check profit. It's either I win or I lose all.

I will surely resign in few months. At least, I can now write a book about 9-5 and I'll make so much fun of it.

To those in my community spreading rumour that I don't work, but I see money, I'm now working just to make you happy.

The moment I start receiving too many calls about financial help from those sets of people, I go just resign and I'll inform them that I have been sacked so that they'll pity this boy and quit.

Here’s a detailed breakdown of why the original post reads as highly suspicious, fabricated, or exaggerated — the classic profile of someone running a crypto “signal”/analysis scam while living off others.



1. Classic “I’m secretly rich but humble” humblebrag structure


• Claims he’s “not a billionaire yet” but has infallible BTC insights via “Boxnalysis” that make success “impossible not to be.”




• Immediately follows with: never worked a day in his life, rejected a good oil company job multiple times, lives indoors for years, yet somehow has money for nice things.



• This is textbook scammer storytelling: paint a picture of effortless wealth from a secret system while explaining away the visible reality (no visible job, still in Nigeria, family pressure). It builds mystique around “Boxnalysis” to sell it later.



2. The job story is full of contradictions and implausibilities
• Refused a job offer aggressively (even after mom begged), yet suddenly accepts and gets posted the next day.


• Requests the most physical/field job available, but then admits he mostly “loiters around,” supervises, and barely does any real work. Colleagues are “secretly jealous.”


• Works at a serious oil company site (Total) with strict rules (no phones 9-5, coveralls, helmet, company housing), yet casually checks “Boxnalysis” signals and takes trades during this period.


• Lives in company housing but claims he’ll resign soon to write a mocking book about 9-5.
Real oil & gas field jobs in Nigeria (especially with majors like Total) are heavily regulated, safety-conscious, and competitive.
Getting a cushy “loiter and supervise” role as a new hire with zero experience, while rejecting the offer initially, is extremely unlikely.
The story conveniently gives him an excuse for why he’s suddenly offline (“no phone allowed”) while still trading crypto.


3. “Boxnalysis” smells like a classic signal scam
• Vague mystical discovery: “new things… that rhyme in all cycles,” makes him “burst cry.”


• All-or-nothing trading mentality (“I don’t check profit. It’s either I win or I lose all”) — this is common in scam communities to discourage victims from complaining about losses.


• Claims one specific trade (long at 61.9k) but provides no verifiable proof, track record, or independent audit.


• Addresses “rumours” in “my community” that he doesn’t work but has money. This is a direct response to people calling out his lifestyle — a huge red flag. Scammers often post these “proof of life/job” updates when followers start doubting.


Many Nigerian crypto “gurus” create fake proprietary systems (Boxnalysis, Matrix, whatever) to charge for signals, mentorship, or copy-trading. The post is essentially soft-selling this while pre-empting skepticism.


4. Financial contradictions
• Crypto money is “bigger than oil money” (except for Dangote) → yet he hands his salary to his mom and claims he’s only working for “sunlight and mingling.”


• Has been indoors for years developing this system, but now suddenly has enough capital to meaningfully trade BTC at $60k+ levels.


• Plans to resign once people start asking him for financial help — i.e., once the “community” starts demanding results or refunds.


This is a very common pattern: use a fake or low-effort job as cover, claim secret wealth from trading, extract money from followers, then ghost or create new excuses when it collapses.


5. Tone and psychological tells
• Repeated “it’s all about me me me” — almost like he’s mocking people for noticing his narcissism.


• Spirits telling him to post or not — dramatic flair common in fake spiritual/guru personas popular in some Naija circles.


• Mocking 9-5 while pretending to have joined it for “a few months.”


• Ending with a pity-bait: if people pressure him for money, he’ll claim he got sacked so they’ll send more out of sympathy.


Overall Verdict
The post has all the hallmarks of fabricated lifestyle content designed to:


• Build credibility for “Boxnalysis” as a money-making system.

• Shut down accusations that he’s jobless and scamming his community.

• Create FOMO (“I’m making it while you work”).

• Prepare exit ramps (“I’ll resign” / “I got sacked”).


It’s possible parts are loosely based on truth (maybe he got a short gig), but the heavy embellishment, contradictions, convenient excuses, and community damage-control elements make it overwhelmingly likely to be mostly false — a scammer trying to keep the marks believing. These kinds of posts are very common in West African crypto

That has always been my mantra and I've always been 80% on BTC since 2019. But in April, a friend (very successful through crypto) told me he has around 40k dollars on wormhole and that it would be the best big thing, I started with 8k. But when it pumped earlier in June, did like 40% pump, and it dipped. I thought I should quickly make like 10% profit since the dip was just a correction. Na so I liquidate all the BTC put am for am and also because I lost like 10k in Leverage, I thought a little profit in Spot would cover like half of the loss.

Bro! The day I clicked "BUY" na that day e start to dip! And no be ordinary dip o, na like 20% dip per day.

First 2 weeks, I was down but now, I've accepted my fate. I made the mistake and I deserve it.

I've always been in BTC but BTC hardly give profit and that's why I decided to go on alts.

God help me.

This Mr valwezzy deactivating his account confirms that he’s a scam. It’s funny how one can choose to ruin reputation cos of 10$😂. He sent me a pm days ago on my WhatsApp asking if i can receive 10$ paypal, the money is too low and I don’t trade such amount, he kept messaging me, being a new supplier which I believe might have a better deal next time, I had to agree and trade with him. I used a Kenya info and I clearly stated it should be fnf and not gns, also being a 30 min info, I told him to comply with time limit and shouldn’t send less down 10$ charges excluded.
He sent it, I gave him 600/$ rate, my recipient couldn’t confirm on time, this guy kept ‘ ’ me for payment, I sent him the 6k, thinking his payment has gone through , besides I felt the money is too low to lose breath on, later, the recipient refunded the payment because it’s not fnf and he sent below 10$( charges included with the 10$)I sent this guy screenshot demanding why he failed to follow instructions .
Walai this one no reply again o , he blocked me, he stopped picking calls. I was initially asking him to confirm the refund and send my 6k or we try new trade.


So how did I know it’s this particular moniker?
Naturally if a strange number texts me for trade on WhatsApp, 99% of time
It’s either from a referral , twitter or nairaland , and my instinct reminds me that I’ve come across this name( mrwezzy) before , I kept digging until I found a valwezzy, so I quoted his post ( it was a gamble actually, I wasn’t sure it’s same person), so this morning I discovered the moniker has deactivated his account. Can you connect the dots now?
