I've read some comments here and I’m not just surprised, but shocked that some people are still engaging in tribal disputes over such a heartbreaking situation.
This is Nigeria, and regardless of whether you’re from the East, North, or South, no one region is perfect.

There are billionaires in the East, West, and North, and I’m certain they aren’t the ones fueling divisions on this forum by arguing about which region is better.
We all can do better.

700k is fair compared to some self contained at Omole, Ikeja and the likes in Lagos.

The tariff is very expensive and I hope they they do something about it, but if you can afford it, come to my area and get a room self con at the minimum of 700k because of light.

Though 700k might be okay for a self contained apartment but it's still high.
Mine is a mini flat of 450k, in an estate with security at the gate. All tiled also
Band A with a 10/10 score.
Just 2 in the compound and we pay 15k each monthly.
So far so good, I like the band A because I work from home so it favours me more.
PS. I'm in Lagos and not Ikorodu ✌️
