Restructuring In Chevron is not a today thing. It has been on since more than Two years Ago, even before this recruitment started. And it is also a world wide thing and does not affect every country in the same proportion.

If you check Chevron Career portal today you will still see hundreds of Vacancy. So I don't think restructuring is the reason for the delay in the process

Information with regards to the details of the exams will be sent but as to going to the exam with certificate it is very unlikely

It's surprising that ExxonMobil is quite pacy with their recruitment judging from the fact that candidates have now received test invites 2 wks after the application closed and that of Chevron which started about 9 months ago for the 1st batch is yet to be concluded.

Any info on when those in 2nd batch will get interview invite?

But to me some things are certain
1. That has not being the pattern for others that have had their interviews
2. Even if it is real, it is likely for only Associates operators (Agbami and Escravos) because advert for experienced operators are only for Escravos not Agbami.
3. Like I have always said. we know Chevron is a great opportunity,but with or without it people will still move on.

If you are in any recruitment process and people have been called for the next stage and you were not called.... I know it is hard but please Move on .

If anything happens again and u where called fine.. but it Is best to move on if others have been called and you where not

Recruitment does not necessarily have a fixed cut off marks na.. it all depends on the number the company plans to interview. If they plan to interview 20 candidates for a position the first 20 will be chosen not minding their cut off marks.

Abi if everybody score more than their set cut off they will now employ or interview everyone?

Congratulations in advance to those who got hold of the leaked questions, after assessment is interview, hope you'd also lay your hands on the interview questions before hand. As for me, I've cancelled chevron in my ....looking forward towards better opportunities.

Don't lose hope yet, if they find out about the leak they may use the first assessment or set another,,( My opinion)

More so, hope you know nobody could have a screenshot of the assessment window. That's if really you know the difference between screenshotting and snapping. Also, why is it that those who leak JAMB/WAEC questions can't just pass their candidates by giving them high scores instead of leaking questions to them? And you also think the person who got the screenshots had time to rearrange and answer the questions perfectly before releasing it to others, considering how difficult it is to edit pictures?

Hahahahaha this is really funny, what is there to win brother 😂😂? If you followed with my posts you must have noticed how shocked I was when I saw the pics, and I also acknowledged everything (bad) is possible in this our country Nigeria.

But on second look I noticed some difference from the questions in that pics to the second assessment. All the questions from the pics are from the first assessment, though most of them where repeated in the second.

Talking about how it appeared on pic and editing of pics. There are many AI apps that can convert picture text to document in a blink of an eye. You should ask yourself why didn't the questions for all other assessments leak like this one? To the best of my knowledge this is only assessment done twice in the process.

Talking about jamb/Waec those are Government agencies,, there is hardly anything genuine in government agencies

Another thing you should also think of is, how do people that sell companies past questions get their questions? Many of them allegedly have agents that uses fake CVS to apply for positions just to get their questions and sell later.

But like I have said before, whether it truly leaked or not,, we survive with or without Chevron.

The questions are the same as the ones that came out in the first test last month. But check very well and observe the small circles where we ticked for the answers are missing in the leaked version. The reason I assumed it must be the copy directly from Chevron before Dragnet added the small circles in their online platform for the test. If that be the case, it means most likely the questions might have been compromised by Chevron, not Dragnet.

the people or person that are in charge of the recruitment in Chevron, I think will have the power to offer anybody close to them job without the public knowledge.
