You are misunderstanding this, we are not asking for 100 leads a day, in fact, we are not asking for 100 leads a month.

Assuming you have 10 Businesses (leads) and list 300 items for each, you have reached your 3,000 items mark. So in essence, it's just like 10 lead a month, with some businesses, you are allowed to even list up to 600items, so that means, you only need 5 of those lead a month.

Our bulk lister is one single form that allows you to list 50 items at once for a particular seller, if they have only 32 items, just complete the form for 32 items and submit.

1. As a seller on Jiji and Jumia, you will know quite well none of these companies offer to help you list your items for you for free, that's what we offer.

2. None of these site has a bulk lister that can list 50 items at once, as I already mentioned, listing 50 items at once make the job a lot easier for all our lister, as all they need to do is to complete the form and submit once.

3. Why would you be on a 50 item lister page and choose to complete only 25?

4. Here is the Maths, if you complete our bulk lister only twice a day, you would have listed 100 items, and if you do that for 30days, you would have listed 3,000 items. That's how you can list 3000 items without stress. See the attached form, how long do you think it takes to complete this bulk lister? (I will say maximum 1.5hours) if you do that twice a day and earn 30k at the end of a month. I don't think the company is unfair.

I'll suggest your company gets both offline and online personnel. Where the offline team approach businesses/seller to get products that will be listed and the online team will list products online.

It's more seamless and shows teamwork. With this, results can be achieved faster.

I know the job isn't sustainable, but then, at the end the growth of your company would be at stake.

Note: Thousands of e-commerce businesses in Africa didn't see the light of today because of things like this.

2. This is what we are offering at the moment, since the bulk lister is 50 items at a time, every lister can list 500 items per day very easily.

I think you should review the job description with current reality. This job is 2 in one. Marketing and Data entry. One first has to find interested people to register and list. The other is to list. 3000 listings amount to 100 listings a day. How do one find interested merchants and list 100 items in a day at the same time. For 1k per day. Have you entered the field and tried this yourselves.?

You seem to misunderstand this post. Upload 3,000 cars for sale and earn 30k, who would have paid 100k to upload 3,000 items.

Also, we are not asking for money from the seller, to list the items are listed for sellers to help them get started.
