Well I loved that blog page with the name GTF presenting some cool golf tips and facts which I never read before, I am not promoting that page but I just loved their content

To help Ndukwu - Nairobi top 5 estates for me would be.

1) Old Muthaiga -obviously flying a drone here is out of questions - and even seeing houses here driving around . What make Muthaiga - old muthaiga exclusive - really old money - houses sits on average 2 acres plus - it almost impossible to find a land for sale - and of course it sorrounded by Karua forest - so birds and monkeys - and freshest of air. It beats old karen by just being 5km from city center and 2kms from Westland.

and Muthaiga has one best golf club. If you are lucky to buy old muthaiga - it will be 5m dollars..only international drug dealers can afford otherwise it old inherited money.

This house goes for 6.5m dollars - sits on 2.8 acres. Old muthaiga dont have new house...but the land alone will kill you. This really old money who inherit stuff

2) Old Karen - the karen - with 5 acres plus per unit - you keep horses and quadbikes - surrounded by Ngong forest- not the new Karen with town houses. Like old Muthaiga - it exclusive with Karen golf club - it further from city center - but it makes for it by larger land -and really large crazy 10 bedroom plus houses - but it not as exclusive as Muthaiga. New stupid money can buy into it - something almost impossible in Old Muthaiga.

3) This is when it gets tough...Lavington including valley arcade, Old Kitusuru, Old Gigiri, Old lower Kabete and Rosssyline. I would go with Kitusuru.. bigger land size..more audacious houses...not far from everything
Runda doesnt feature..Runda is coffee farm turned residence recently.

4) No 10 - or so you go for Runda...land become 1/4 or 1/2 acre - new muthaiga, new karen, new kitusuru, name it.
