I just started the natural journey. will two months be enough to grow my hair to atleast 3 inches my regimen is Palm kernel oil soak before wash day daily application of Shea butter+ olive oil + hemp am I missing anything else

thanks by the way which grows faster relaxed hair or natural

so I want to embark on the journey of natural hair I heard it's hard and stuffs I am on low cut and I plait my hair with rubber I saturate my hair with palm kernel oil on my wash day I wash my hair twice a week I use mixture of Shea butter olive oil and hemp as my hair cream I don't know what else I am missing please drop your natural hair regimen advice needed thanks
