Same as presidential in Oyo state. Makinde is running to help his down ballot candidates. Supporting Tinubu in 2023 cost him the elections of his down ballot candidates and what did he get in return? Betrayal, blackmail, embarrassment and Tinubu backing Wike to force him out of the PDP all for his own selfish interests. Wike and Tinubu always feared that Seyi Makinde will fly the PDP presidential ticket and did all of that to ensure he wasn't on the ballot. Same thing they did to Peter Obi and LP. Not only was this undemocratic, it was the height of cowardice. So much for "turn of the South."

P.S: Makinde is really serious about his opposition to Tinubu because he realises and rightly so, that all Yoruba leaders cannot be seen to support Tinubu. Tinubu never supported Obasanjo all through his 8 years and that is the reason why he eventually became president shortly after. All the PDP-supporting Yoruba politicians fizzled out of relevance at the end of Obasanjo's tenure.

If this Evil party comes back to party , I pity the nation.

When you say living on N3000 daily you should factor in transport, feeding and utilities like power and water.

Just making a case for feeding as daily living is reducing people to animals. It is only animals that their daily living is about feeding alone

That said, I don't know the market Reno went to but quote me anywhere, you can't get a tuber of yam for less than 1500 anywhere in this country today. A mudu of beans is over 1000 as well. Let's not go into rice. If you cook with charcoal, they sell a mudu of charcoal for N500. If it's gas, you're looking at 1300 to 1400. Pepper and tomatoes are cheap now. You should be able to get a considerable amount of both for 1000.

The above has already exceeded 3000 and we've not added onion, seasoning, and proteins. We've not added transport.
