Yes that's true. Some companies are very wicked when it comes to paying their staff. What those staff can do is to continue accepting whatever the company pays why they secretly look for another job. Sometimes you don't even have to go for a higher degree like masters or get higher skills (although these can help alot most of the time), sometimes it's just about repackaging your CV and reaching out to some of your friends, family and even clients for better opportunities.

You cant be too sure . My deep Concern is , if she has no skeleton in her cupboard why the delay in conducting DNA. You have a point sir , where my challenge lies is this , there are some company that you know has the capacity to pay , via what they declare yearly as a profit and Choose not to pay. I Knew of a Company that every year , they declared humongous profit made with in the year , yet their Lowest staff , Intern , Cadre , Contract staff Receives as low as 30,45,50 all in thousands , thats where my concerns lies. Mind you these their Lowest staff , some has ND,NCE,HND , BSC even Masters.

Most companies are still not going to pay up to minimum wage and nothing will happen. In fact I know of some people that kneel down to greet their bosses just for paying them salaries, not to talk of if the boss now decides to add just 10 - 15k to their salary instead of the commensurate minimum wage pay

Sir , if you see how this Company are miking their lowest staff you will BE surprised , I have worked in a big Company that People thought I was been paid in dollars, because its an International Company but guess what , I was earning less than 30,000.

I support local government autonomy. But the new policy will not achieve the autonomy. Remember that the elections will be conducted by state INEC, not the main INEC. With this, governors will make their puppets LGA chairmen and decide how those chairmen spend the federal allocations.

If you think the chairmen can decide to disobey the governors, think of how many LGA chairmen that are clean enough to boldly and successfully disobey their political godfathers. Remember that the puppets selected as LGA chairmen are the ones with rotten profiles that can be used to blackmail and silence those chairmen when those chairmen prove stubborn.
