Well, the database would be structured in such a way that the election results would be monitored live by all officials and voters, the results can be sorted based on whom the voters voted for, the voters would be grouped in a listview and they'd be an OTP authentication

Sorry for the late reply. Since Google play isn't enabled or supported on your device, you can't make in app purchase. You need to pay a small amount to export your projects. Its just N960 or so monthly.
But there is a way you can export your projects even without having google play enabled on your phone.

1. The first method is to watch an ad rewarded video by clicking on the trial button/image at the top right corner of that same page.

2. The second method is to login to the app and share your project as a private project, then give your username and password to someone you trust to export your projects or better still, use another phone to log in to the already created account and export it your self.

3. You can extract your projects from .Sketchware folder in your phone memory.
This requires expertise.

4. Download the cracked version of the app. I think some Indians remoded the app sometime ago. Message me on WhatsApp and I'd drop your number in the sketchware group chat.

5. Download an older version of sketchware.

To sign your apps for free, download APK editor.
But I believe the developers of the app deserves to reap the fruit if their labour so I'd like you to watch the ad rewarded video which isn't more than 25 seconds long

The app is ready, I tried it on a bet9ja full season(38games) and I recorded 27/38
I believe it will get better if I can scrap data from the virtual league server.
