Apostle Paul wrote to the church under the instruction of God.

In some cases, he had to deal with peculiar cases of some of the early church and gave them wisdom on how to handle the case.
But he clearly stated that was his personal opinion on the matter.
There are many instances in the Bible where we can learn from the wisdom or the mistakes of Bible characters
