. Thanks sir for your input. The first male Child has been the one taking care of the Property since 12 years ago after the Death of the Man ,When the Man was Terribly sick ,He single Handedly took care of the late man ,He had to sell his own personal property to raise funds to take care of the man at Hospitals before he Finnaly died .None of the Children came or showed up ,The woman that has the 3 Male only showed up two times while the man was sick though but later left to her home,the second woman was told severally but never showed up ,She finally showed up on the day the man was to be buried . Nevertheless after the man's Death ,The first born Gave each room to each Child to collect the Rent .
