I want to start a conversation here.
We Christians quote scripture. We post it on WhatsApp status. We grew up hearing it preached. But how well do we actually know the Bible and not just the familiar verses, but the stories, the names, the details, the context?
I started thinking about this more deeply when our team was building Trivia by The Gospel Games, a free Bible trivia game that just launched on iOS and Android. The process of writing the questions made us realize how much we had assumed we knew.
Try a few of these before you scroll:

My team and I have spent the last several months building a Bible trivia game app called Trivia by The Gospel Games. It launched in May 2026 on the App Store and Google Play and is completely free to download.
This is a Kingdom project and assignment that came to help individuals (Christians and curious non-believers alike) build the habit of regular Bible study by challenging what they already know. We are a team of Christian volunteers who built this because we wanted it to exist.
Here is what the game offers:
● Three game modes - Quick Play, Rapid Fire, and Themed Categories. Quick Play gives you a random mix of questions at your own pace. Rapid Fire challenges you to answer as many as you can in 30, 60, or 90 seconds. Themed Quizzes let you go deep into specific areas like Bible Characters, the Old Testament, and more.
● Three difficulty levels - First Steps for those just getting started, Faithful Follower for the mid-level Bible student, and Wise Steward for those who have been in the Word for a long time.
● Scripture references are provided with every answer, so every round is a chance to learn as well as compete.
● There are also daily and country leaderboards so you can see how you measure up.
