Leave payroll for now your focus should be on whether your validation was done successfully or not and your overview page, if it reads beneficiary that is good provided you have done your validation with the correct account details, if it reads applicant or shortlisted and you were shortlisted and have done the validation you need to be converted to Beneficiary and it must reflect on your portal before you are eligible for payment. In addition to this please if you used another account details during your validation your payment process will be delayed.

I used a different account. It has reflected on the portal. I have been converted to Beneficiary. My payroll is empty. I am yet to be paid. I did validation around mid-June.
