A governor transforming live with ground breaking projects n infrastructure n all you care about is grammar. Does speaking grammar before him how much of your life were they able to transform ?

....Oh! please. This is a total shame for a Governor coming from a country that has English as its lingua franca. How difficult can it be in pronouncing GCFR for heaven's sake?
