No.. its not necessary. i hope your age declaration is attestation of birth from NPC(national population commission) with your passport and that of your declaration affixed on it? age declaration for embassy is different from the normal one from court..this one is age declaration for international purpose after then you take it to the nearest NPC office

My age declaration was done at the court with my passport on it, do I still need to take it to NPC?
