Yesterday, the opposition party apologised to Nigerians for the mistakes it made while in power for 16 years and appealed to Nigerians to vote them back in 2019.

Keyamo who is an APC member, say Nigerians cannot afford to bring the party back now. He advised Nigerians to observe the party till 2023 to see if they have truly repented and then first vote them into councillorship offices.

This year has to be the Best for Davido, as he’s won so many awards, and released several bangers this year alone.
Davido has just clinched another award for himself, and this time, it’s the Best African Act at the just concluded MOBO Awards which took place in Leeds at the First Direct Arena.

Davido who was nominated for the Best African Act category with other African artistes such as Maleek Berry, Eugy, Juls, Mr Eazi, Sarkodie, Tekno, Tiwa Savage, Wande Coal and Wizkid and OBO made everyone proud by clinching the award.

His counterpart, Wizkid also made Africa as a whole proud, by clinching the Best International Act, beating the likes of Drake, DJ Khaled, Cardi B, Solange, Kendrick Lamar among others.

A popular Gospel Artiste, Bishop Fernandez a.k.a. Jesus Freak was yesterday morning, crushed to death by a truck in Port Harcourt, the Rivers state Capital.

According to online reports, the fatal accident reportedly happened at Akpajo, Eleme in PH while he was on his way to see a pastor.


His friends and colleagues are trooping to his Facebook page to drop tributes to Fernandez, as they describe him as a young and vibrant person, who takes the work of God seriously.

Two persons have been confirmed dead following floods which affected some communities in the Tamale Metropolis, July 25, 2017.
One of deceased has been identified only as Hajia, with the other said to be a basic school pupil. The remains of Hajia have been moved to the Tamale Teaching Hospital Morgue.

Heavy rain, which lasted for two hours, displaced some residents of Gumani, Gumbihini, Kanvili Tuunaayili, Wurishe, Koblimahigu and Fuo.
Some thatch houses in the affected communities were submerged while containers, livestock and other valuables were carried away.
The Northern Regional Secretariat of the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) is assessing the gravity of the floods.
