I understand your position, I have seen a similar situation as yours. I have a neighbor with same character as your Mum. She fights the husband, children and every other person at any slightest or perceived error. Most times she's wrong. Not minding her status as the landlady. She's the dominant type, and I think that's her nature which is bad.
Find a way and seek forgiveness from her, and avoid such occurrences.

I weep for this generation, it has gone so bad.
The government in their own way has failed the nation. All we talk about now is 2023 elections not regarding the tamed economic situation of the country. If a satchet of water should be sold at #20 how else do we describe our economy.

The conduct of Ebele was very demeaning and unbecoming. And truly she was drunk before her appearance in that very occasion. A show of shame indeed.
