It is amazing how many allow sentiments to becloud their reasoning. A student that graduates with distinction must be sick to forge is certificate. For what grade if I may ask when the person is not sick. Baba JAG by virtual of what the school registrar said can obtain the certificate from vendor. If he graduated in 1979 and apply for a new certificate from vendor, one can't expect vendor to issue him a 1979 certificate in 1998.
