[quote author=Folksyharry post=34346819]I sleep late for 3 reasons 1. I slept for long hours during the day 2. I find it hard 2 sleep wen my sleep is interrupted so I wait til almost everyone or everyone is asleep. 3. I don't have anything important 2 do early d next morning For me, aside these 3 above, during the late hours, I would usually have this 'Idea-rush' where I get really creative thoughts (it's like super-power) It's frustrating sometimes, am like, Brain, I know you are creative at night but I have to sleep! (I used to have this early in the morning too, then, the toilet seat would be my thinking chair) So basically, when other "humans" are asleep at night, am literally jotting plans (to rule over the world) |
I think they'll make a good comeback, this is the era of the "curvy"...I mean, check out the first one (tinky winky?) Tummy tuck, lip injections and they are good to go... ![]() |

(7) DON'T INTIMIDATE OR INSULT OTHERS: Just because you bench or squat the most weights doesn't mean you should bully others. Don't call someone a 'fattie' (it took him a lot of courage to get to the gym in the first place) Be nice.
(6) ASSIST THOSE AROUND WHEN NECESSARY: If needed, help those (especially the new-comers) struggling with a routine or trying to load/unload weights.
(5) YOU CAN GO WITH A MUSIC DEVICE: Music can be a great motivation while working-out but ensure your gadget doesn't get in the way.
(4) BE SURE TO HAVE ENOUGH WATER AROUND: To replenish fluid loss and prevent dehydration.
(3) HAVE A PRE-WORKOUT MEAL: This should fuel you all through your entire workout session (especially if you are bodybuilding) Eating a light meal of carbs and proteins about an hour before workout is ideal. Avoid fatty foods as it takes long to digest, making you sluggish during your routine.
(2) ENSURE YOU CARRY A TOWEL: You will be sweating much all through the workout. Don't plan to use the outfit you are wearing- its already occupied! 'Splattering' every equipment/surface with your sweat while proceeding with your workout is not a very neat thing to do.
Are you ready? So you decided to start working on your fitness at the gym or you visit the gym often or probably a 'gymaholic', here are some Tips for you. (1)WEAR THE APPROPRIATE SPORTSWEAR: When going to the gym, you should wear the right athletic clothing. You shouldn't workout in jeans or casual clothings.
Feel free to add other useful Tips/comments. Thanks. |
Have a nice Easter celebration.

Here are some Traveling Tips for you this season: (1) PACKING: Be organised. You should pack only what you need. You can make a checklist of every item you plan on taking and tick them once packed so you don't leave any item behind (I usually forget atleast one little item each time I travel) (2) MONEY/VALUABLES: Take as much money as needed, it's advisable to always travel with your ATM card in case of an emergency. Keep small currency within reach so you don't have to pull stuff out on every purchase. (3) CLOTHING: Mostly for the ladies, you should dress casually (except you are Lady Gaga) Don't wear elaborate make-up or jewelry. Traveling ought to be fun but it sometimes turns out to be stressful, be in comfortable clothes and shoes. (4) SECURITY: Stay alert especially when using public transportation (I notice how some young people would plug their ears listening to some really loud 'jamz', this is wrong, it's either you turn it down a bit or let one ear be free to pick up sound from your surroundings) Do not discuss your vital information in public. While packing, you should split your valuables into different luggages/compartments. Also, avoid getting into arguments while on your trip. Source: www.facebook.com/justiceokwudikeofficial
