Yea i'm so happy now. I opened a thread concerning me wanting to break up with my man concerning him buying a car and not calling. Well after reading some meaningful and not the "senseless" comments I decided to call to talk to him.

I got to find out he has forgiven me but I still need to win his trust.He explained about the car,that he felt it's step by step! The car had to come first before moving to a 3bedroom flat,afterall he's not comfortable with us jumping into buses.

I felt bad when he told me girls who weren't his girlfriends called him first and he waited for my call till morning and concluded he wasn't all that important afterall and decided not to call.

I'v made up my mind NEVER to hurt him again,he's a good man and deserves to be treated like a king.

There are lots of things we must have experienced in our previous relationships but the major things are the lessons we learnt from it, be it positive or negative.
Here are the things I learnt from mine.


I FIRMLY believe that NO woman wants to date a man that NO OTHER woman wants, finds attractive or places some sort of value on. At a point in my relationship I experienced this attitude from her because I felt, O well am dating the girl of my dream and what’s the point doing things that will attract the opposite sex not knowing it helps in sustaining a relationship.

Domestic violence – let me start by saying this, any guy who strikes his lady or any woman is not a man but a COWARD. I learnt this the hard way because I fell under this category but am happy I was able to stop that habit and speak against it. The bad part of it is that, once you hit your lady once it will be hard to stop because you feel it will put some sort of fear in her not knowing your driving her away. Ladies please don’t hit your man as well or put him to test by daring him to hit you cause out of anger he might end up doing so.

Taking decisions when you’re angry is really bad. There were times we would have heated arguments and out of anger we would say things or take decisions, which would not end well, and then we start apologizing. So try not to take any decision when you’re angry and there is this phrase I do say, the best decisions you make when your angry will eventually turn out to be the worst.

Pride – ladies do you know why your guy becomes mad and if possible breaks down when he finds out you cheated on him? Is simple, you’re his “PRIDE”. Most guys who love their lady so much sometimes end up boasting about her faithfulness to their fellow guys. So when you end up doing the opposite, you have only made a mockery out of him amongst his friends.

Finally what ever will be will be. If your partner is not meant for you just learn to let go don’t look at the years, sacrifice, pain and gain you both have spent. If you like go under the rain and pray if he or she wants to leave they will still leave but if you force it, you might end up regretting it.
