My user ID is 235907949 and I want inform everyone in this forum to ignore doing any transaction with 1xbet again because they're fraudulent.
I requested for a withdrawal of 150000 naira couple days ago but it was rejected by 1xbet and requested for my documents for verification.
I emailed their security department and they requested that I should send my national ID, bank statement, and selfie of myself holding my national ID and my communication device.
After sending my documents, I got a reply from 1xbet security department asking me what's my relationship with some few users which I don't know.
I replied them back that I don't know those people they mentioned
and I don't have any relationship with them.
I got another email from the same security department saying that my data is now under verification by their specialist and that I should wait for the answer.
After about 3 hours later I got shocking email from 1xbet security department saying:
*Good Day. We are bringing to your notice that we made a decision to stop any collaboration with you (closing your gaming account) on the basis of General Terms and Conditions of the Bookmaker Company:
Should the bettor commit fraud in respect to the bookmaker (such as the registration of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting, if the betting account is not used for betting, the improper use of loyalty schemes, etc.), the bookmaker reserves the right to stop such fraudulent actions by:
- bet cancellation;
- closure of the customer’s account;
- filing a claim to a law-enforcement agency.

The decision was made after rigorous investigation of the case by The Security Department.
We ask you not to create gaming accounts with The Company.
Due to the fact that your actions have been recognized as flagrant violation of The T&Cs of our Company, the decision of stopping any cooperation with you was final and not subject to further appeal.
All further questions concerning the case of blocking from your side will be ignored.*

I have tried several times to call them on phone but no progress and they're ignoring my email since then.
So I want warn everyone to ignore doing any business with 1xbet because they fraudulent and criminals.

I can confirm this, they have a very rude customer service, they act like God's, I have never seen a bookie requesting for bank statements, BVN and all sort of personal details in a very rude manner. They would not give you prior notice, they would just block your account when you have funds in it, I would not recommend this bookie. They would delight you first by paying you quickly within 5mins that's if you are lucky to win, they day you have one big winning they would just decide to lock your account, tell you to contact security department, that is when you would regret ever patronizing them. If you must bet please you are better of using a local bookmaker with physical presence in the country.
