Those that did professional courses like Engineering, Law, etc, are also placed on GL 9.

Every course is a professional course but some need certification by their respective professional bodies like AMLSN, MDCN, COREN, ICAN, ANAN, CPN etc. I know Engineering graduates are placed on Level 9 at entry (that was just enacted about 2 years ago or so) but having COREN does not place you above others. It's immaterial until you get to GL 13 where you need your professional certification to get promoted (a prerequisite to qualify for the exam/interview).

The above excludes those professions that your certification is needed to get a placement like Lab scientists, Doctors, Lawyers etc. Remember, you don't need COREN or ICAN or ANAN to secure a job as a fresh graduate.

If you have COREN you can get level 9 which is around 350k,
Tho COREN with experience can get you a level higher, everything depends HR placement.

COREN or any professional certification is no more a prerequisite for carrier progression nor entry level advantage but only for level advancement from GL 13 to GL 14. Any establishment doing otherwise is acting/acted against the April 2021 circular of the head of civil service of the federation (HCSF); except you're talking about a private establishment.

You should've taken the $19. If you try FedEx or DHL be ready to cough out at least 50k or so for that movement

Ali won't refund him his shipping fee is he uses FedEx that option. Condition is to use economy or post except NIPOST is not ready to do the shipping and there must be evidence (official doc) to back that up. NIPOST won't even deliver within the timeline he'd be given.

Wait for NIPOST notification as this looks like an economy package; such takes a longer time to be delivered especially if destination isn't in Lagos/SW.
