the printing can't be done on phone but on the PC. I will advice u to go t a cafe so as to get the printout .

well actually u can put your phone's browser in desktop mode and then save the page as PDF if u are using Mozilla for android.and then anytime u are free,u can go to a cyber cafe and print it.

after changing it,then click on print page.you will see the COC print page,then you can print it from there as evidence of successfully changing your course.
