My parents just got refused.

Reason stated for dad - 'The purpose of the applicant's visit to Canada is not consistent
with a temporary stay given the details provided in the application. I am not satisfied that the
applicant has provided sufficient and reliable proof of their declared employment/funds.
Consequently, I am not satisfied that the applicant has demonstrated sufficient economic ties to
their home country and that the proposed visit would be a reasonable expense. Weighing the
factors in this application, I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the
period authorized for their stay. For the reasons above, I have refused this application.'

Context - Dad is retired and worked in his own company before retirement. submitted document were retirement letter, bank statement (NGN4m), sponsor's bank statement (mine) - $20k, marriage cert, birth cert, children's birth cert, hotel booking (unpaid), tour booking (unpaid), photos, no previous travel or refusal history

Reason for mum - 'Previous visa application refusal(s) not declared. Application refused under A16(1) Truthful.' - I filled in the application myself and honestly missed this and just put in 'No' as it was grouped with those other questions on arrests, conviction etc.

I would appreciate any guidance on how to navigate this. They are not planning to relocate and just want to visit. Thanks
