my advice is not to open the acct with same name cos paypal can close it. but since most of use uses three names in opening bank accts. so i will advise that if you name is nkiru faith akuluyi, u can use nkiru akuluyi to open ur naija paypal acct and use faith akuluyi for the us paypal acct dat way u are save cos ur docuements wen presented any whre will show all names #wink

If ur paypal acct is domicile in the US and some other countries, you can either withdraw your funds via chequto a bank acct domicile in that country or domicile in the US. But if you don't have a bank acct in this countries den you have to sell your paypal fund to exchangers and they will pay the equivalent into your naija bank acct as agreed.

Just that I usually send money to china Thru western union transfer. Union Bank Dollar rate is 201 to $ but do to western union charge it increases to 214 to Dollar.
I just wish I can do it thru paypal.

Why not ask your sellers if dey accept paypal payment, dem open a paypal acct add ur bank atm mastercard and den use it to b paying dem, bt I fink u will still av to pay d paypal charges.

Paypal doesn't allow the transfer of funds thru western union or money gram. If u av paypal funds and u want to receive the equivalent in naija den u av to send the funds to an exchanger and get payment into your naija bank acct witin mins depending on the exchanger you dealing with.

I am not sure you can add Nigerian card but since Nigeria is now accepted to use PayPal account, then it should be possible to add a Nigerian card to your US PayPal as you said. After all, I added only a UK MasterCard to my Nigerian PayPal. Nonetheless, I think you can still buy and pay for things on eBay using your Nigerian PayPal. So that will make it the same as trying to add Nigerian card to US PayPal for the same eBay purpose. The only limitation of the former is inability to get such item shipped to your Nigerian address but you may still add additional US address to both your eBay and PayPal addresses.

You can link your Naija debit card to ur US paypal acct witout issues, I linked my GT mastercard to one of my US paypal so I belive it accepts most naija card bt be aware dat you can't link a card to two different paypal accts
