They have local partner that offers their two year warranty and last I check their 8kva/48V Is not available but you have the option to choose other ones, if it fits your needs

BTW I can give you a fair deal should you consider Growatt

Not looking at the 8kv/48v but the 6kva/48v

If you have, What deal can you offer in it?

Means I'm well balanced if their local partner is based here in lagos

Which of the above have service centre locally, warranty period and then price too

Yeah you right about service centre. The pv3500 must, a&e and voltron inverter are all must inverters but with different spec looking at there data sheet

Don't know much about the Growatt service center.

But the data sheet of the growatt 6000-12000t dvm or hvm looks better.

For the prices, looking at something quite good even if I can't afford the deye now, would be pairing the inverter with a Pelton battery.

I wouldn't mind if you have other brands you can recommend.

Please I'm looking for a transformer based hybrid inverter (no money for Deye inverter at the moment) seeing the must/a&e/ voltron 7.5kva inverter and than the growatt 6kw transformer based inverter. Which would you recommend or if you have an other brand that's reliable.

Greetings
The answer to the question you asking is relative.
There is a standard price rate for excavation per cum. Calculate the cum of total foundation excavation from the drawing multiple by the rate. Its going to help you bargain with labour.

My observation..... please on that plan where is the kitchen? What's the rationale behind having the windows less that 1m? even in the sitting room? A whole lot of coordination and spatial issues on that drawing.

My advice, engage a professional, at least for the client's sake.

The plan was drawn by clients architect and we have been making a lot of amendments to it, the kitchen is there but the entrance door wasn't added. The plan as already been modified to improve on it and correct a lot of errors
